distilling and bottling process of our fantastic Gins and other spirits…

RESTAURANT & BAR STAFF

Key responsibilities 

 

  • Serving customers in a warm, relaxed yet professional manner

  • Working in both the bar and service in the dining areas

  • Preparing drinks to the required standards

  • Continually building upon product knowledge 

 

Skills & requirements

 

  • Awesome customer-facing skills

  • To share the same passion that we have for service… even on the busiest of days

  • Willingness to be part of a great team with bags of enthusiasm and personality

KITCHEN
Part Time / Full Time

Join our passionate kitchen team under the guidance of our executive chef Kai Taylor.

We firmly believe in the outstanding produce that Cornwall has to offer,

and this reflects on our menu with local suppliers at the forefront.

 

We have exciting plans for our menus for next summer

as well as pop up street food stalls… 

So, if you’re a Chef de Partie or Commis chef with big ideas,

enthusiasm and a big passion for food

we would love to hear from you…

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes

  • Assisting with the management of H&S and food hygiene practices

  • Monitoring portion and waste control

  • Preparing fresh fish and meat to the required standards

 

Skills & requirements

 

  • Competent in preparing and cooking the best local produce from scratch

  • The ability and confidence to cook in front of customers

  • To follow direction and be an awesome team player

HOUSEKEEPING
Part Time / Full Time

Our housekeeping team are an integral part of our business,

ensuring their own high standards are met all year round,

it is important to us that our applicants have a keen eye

for detail and pride in their work.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Service guestrooms mid-stay and after departure 

  • Keep all areas of the business up to our own high standards of cleanliness

  • To work under the supervision of our full-time housekeepers

  • Ensure all H&S and Coshh guidelines are met

 

Skills & requirements

 

  • Have great customer facing skills

  • To take pride in your work

  • The ability to be adaptable and to be able to think on your feet
