Halfords White : A tangy soft white with a washed rind.
Halfords Sunrise : Helford creek cider washed with crushed peppercorns
And... A fantastic Cornish kern close to a vintage cloth cheddar with a black wax coating.
Served with cider slush puppy, biscuits, onion chutney, pickled shallot bubbles,
and hand turned marmite butter and toast crumb butter.
